for the last few days, i disappeared from sg n went off to ipoh it was a busy trip as we had to help out with the prep work.the most impt task was to prep 450-500 such gift boxes. in the end we worked like factory workers n develop diff production line=P department 1: use a pen to mark a cross on the card b4 punching hole department 2: punching of hole for the card department 3: cutting the silver string department 4: attaching the string to the card n tie a knot when the cake arrived in the evenin, we started working agn! department 1: cutting of cakes into small pieces department 2: putting of cake into each box department 3: seal the top part of the box department 4: attach the string of gift tag to the box and Ta-Dah~~our production is completed=D  that's abt 450 of them.  for 11th we had buffet at night to play host for the guests. they have this tradition of visiting the couple on the eve of wedding day. so my uncle ordered buffet style plus a satay n chendol stall=) yum!! 12.12.09 is the wedding day. i guess the date is specially chosen. such nice figures=) we had to wake up rather early and went off to the bride's place to 接新娘.  we were nt chosen to b the jie mei group so we jus went tgt to 凑热闹。 haha n the tricks for the guys weren't too demanding i thought=) bt they throw out one qn with every step of the stairs. haha.  here's the very cute couple bed. took the pict on wedding eve
and gals were nt allowed to sit on the bed b4 the bride. and on the day~my 10-yr-old cousin had to 跳床！童子跳！ haha so funny!  that night was the wedding dinner itself. 嘉宾朋友都聚集在一起见证与祝福新人=)  the function room was nicely decorated with balloons. very pretty=) this dresses we wore was specially bought at metro for the day.  and not forgetting the bride's car!  well..more picts r up on facebook. since pictures speaks better than words, i shant add more comments=) 9:42 PM
