"A smile can hide a million tears." How true  i never like crying in front of anyone. mum told me that when i was young, they would promise me sweets but forgot to buy them in the end. then i would quietly follow them home, hide inside my blanket n wept. i believe i din cry becos of the sweets, more of them breaking promises made to me. (haha so dun anyhow make promise in front of me! i really do mind if it's nt fulfilled=P) but as i grew older, for some unknown reasons, 我的泪腺变得超级无敌发达。 it's no longer within my ability to control sometimes. 后来，很多东西学会看开。 mum was puzzled as to how i manage not to show too much concern for certain matters. like..my cui A'level results etc. lolx. it isn't that i dun care! i jus try to go under self-psycho process, telling myself "这些不重要不重要不重要". There are lesser worries after i step in uni. and i find myself wearing a smile more often:) 0f cos there's still unhappy moments, who dun have it? but if it isnt anything too serious for me to 计较, just let it go. on other events, it's simply because u care for the person too much to even get angry with him/her. we have met so many different kinds of people in life. there are some whom u cant wait to get rid of, more of which you hope to slow down the time for them. 人与人的相处靠缘分，没人知道这缘分什么时候会走到尽头。 真的应该在有限之余好好把握， 尤其是心里在乎的至亲好友。 和不同人相处，都有不同‘频率’的产生， 有时甚至会出现‘似陈相似’的感觉。 好像眼前的人跟记忆中有哪位过客很像， 也许是长相、举止、气质， 总之当下会有一种 “eh这个人的pattern跟我某某同学很像”之类的感觉。 anyway, i started twitter recently. been following this "DamnIts True"account and it feeds me with quotes every now n then. really live up to its name of cos. here's one: "The worse thing a man can do to a woman is letting her fall in love then leave her when she falls." it reminds me of a song i've been listening to a lot recently: “我以为我够坚强却输的那么绝望 少给我一点希望希望就不是奢望” （不要乱乱联想到我身上啊~）=P i shall end off with this. gonna read 白先勇《孽子》 差不多要开始341的报告咯~ 8:23 PM
